Victor is an experienced portfolio and program manager with over 24 years of diversified experience in financial services, consulting, manufacturing, and quasi-government sectors. He has a proven track record in PMO leadership, strategy execution through transformational programmes, coaching &training of PMO resources & stakeholders, Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools Implementations and setting up &leading successful project management and transformation offices across the African Continent. Victor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a BSc in Business Studies & Computing Science (BBSCT) Honors from the University of Zimbabwe, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice (PgDMP) from Henley Business School and Strategy Execution Diploma from Harvard Business School. He also has various project management certifications, which includes, Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Enterprise Business Agility Strategist (EBAS) and AgilePM.
