Rapelang Moreti is a Junior Project Management Consultant and PMO Lead at Innolead Consulting, Botswana. She is currently pursuing her MSc in Strategic Management at the University of Derby and volunteers as Head of Marketing for the PMI Botswana Chapter. Early in her career, Rapelang is building her expertise in aligning projects, strengthening PMO practices, and supporting professional growth in the project management space. She aspires to grow as a PMO leader who contributes to advancing the discipline locally and beyond.
