PMO-CP, PMO Certified Practitioner
PMO-CP® is the PMOGA certification aimed at PMO professionals with different levels of experience or newcomers who want to rethink and refresh their beliefs about PMOs, and expand their knowledge with innovative and advanced practices to set up, assess, manage and improve value-oriented PMOs.
PMO-CC® is the PMOGA certification specially designed for two types of professionals:
- External or internal consultants looking to advance their career and consulting business and be globally accredited for their PMO expertise.
- PMO executives, PMO managers, PMO team members, or project managers want to make a successful transition to a consulting career and thrive.
A PMO-CC® credential holder has developed proven competencies and has been accredited by PMOGA in the most advanced PMO consulting practices and the critical consulting skills to be a genuine Business Consultant.
For those who wish to go further, launching and/or making their own consulting business thrive, the certification process will also develop competencies to face the main challenges of consulting entrepreneurs.
PMO-CP® certification is required to be eligible for the PMO-CC® certification since the PMO Value Ring® methodology core competencies will be developed and accredited in the PMO-CP® certification process.
The PMOGA Certification Program is grounded on the PMO Value Ring® methodology, which has been developed in a 6-year research project led by PMOGA with 120+ seasoned PMO Leaders worldwide, and currently has 10,000+ users in 80+ countries.
The PMOVR suite provides an optional web tool that automates the whole methodology and provides access to a powerful global benchmarking database, providing recommendations based on the collective experience of hundreds of world-class PMO leaders from our global community.
