Louise Worsley is a leading voice in project and portfolio management, with over thirty years’ experience as a consultant, speaker, and mentor to project professionals globally. Building on her academic background as a former associate lecturer at the University of Cape Town, she continues to contribute through research collaborations and guest teaching, particularly in the areas of stakeholder engagement and leadership.
She is the author of Stakeholder-led Project Management: Changing the Way We Manage Projects, now in its second edition, and a contributing author to The Rise of the Chief Project Officer, where she explores the strategic evolution of PMOs.

As co-creator of the Success Stories Shared initiative in South Africa, she continues to champion learning through practice-based insight. Her current work focuses on adaptive leadership, stakeholder complexity, and the transformation of PMOs into strategic value enablers.
