Letícia Amoroso holds a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from FEI and a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Finance from FIA. She is Lean Six Sigma certified and has been recognized with awards from CREA-SP and the Institute of Engineering. With solid experience in multinational companies in the industrial and technology sectors, she specializes in Project Management, Process Improvement, and Customer Experience. Her career includes leadership roles at companies such as Mercado Livre and 99, and she currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Experience for the Americas at The Walt Disney Company.
