After several roles with PPM software vendors, including Artemis International, Laurent Defer co-founded Triskell Software France in 2013 with the aim of addressing emerging challenges in enterprise portfolio governance and strategic execution. In 2010, he had already successfully launched in France MyABCM, a cost and profitability management solution; the company was sold in 2015 along with its customer base. Now 52, Laurent—an EPF engineering graduate—focuses at Triskell on developing vertical portfolio-governance solutions that streamline day-to-day use and drive user adoption.
