Latifa Baba
Latifa Baba is a Senior Advisor with the Government of Canada, specializing in business and digital transformation. She is also a Doctoral Candidate in Project Management at the Université du Québec, building on a master’s degree in the same field. With extensive experience in program and change management, her research explores sustainable project management, social license to operate, and stakeholder engagement. Latifa lectures at the Université de Sherbrooke, where she bridges academic insight with professional practice in project management. She has also been deeply engaged with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Ottawa Valley Outaouais Chapter, serving as Vice President of Volunteers, Vice President of Strategy, and now as Past Chapter President.
