Léon Kokou Amouzou

Léon has a proven record of accomplishment in initiatives that are continually evolving and expanding, driven by the need for inclusive, efficient, and secure digital services and resources for citizens and organizations worldwide. Some of them are PGA (public development aid management platform for the Ministry of Planning and Development - Togo), e-Insurance (Comprehensive health insurance management platform: enrolment and self-enrolment of citizens, payment of insurance premiums and declaration of contributions as well as benefits data)

Leon has been successfuly managing the projects portfolio since 2017 as PMO Manager and Directing the IT Department at the National Health Insurance of Togo. As a global volunteer, Mr. Amouzou has acted as Chairperson of the Steering Committee and has coordinated activities to set up the Togo chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

He joined The PMO Leader in 2023 as Ambassador for Togo
