She has over a decade of experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives in the public sector, driving operational efficiencies, and optimizing workforce strategies.

Dr. Vanchieri specializes in stakeholder engagement, change management, and process improvement to enhance performance. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional. Her work integrates academic research with real-world leadership challenges, focusing on improving team resilience, communication, and decision-making under pressure. She is actively developing workshops, assessments, and publications to expand the reach of the Stability Quotient framework across industries.

She lives in Maryland with her husband and their five sons.
