James Evans BSc (Hons), MSc, FAPM is a PMO leader and project professional with over a decade of experience delivering operational, digital, and strategic change across complex public service environments. A Fellow of the Association for Project Management, he is recognised for bringing clarity, structure, and a people-first mindset to high-stakes delivery, and currently leads a PMO driving major priorities in the health and care sector.

James is also the founder of EvaP3, an independent, community-driven platform dedicated to sharing practical resources, honest insight, and meaningful dialogue across the project profession. EvaP3 champions peer learning, professional growth, and a more connected future for project delivery.

A recognised voice on psychological safety in project teams, his master’s research explored how high-trust, inclusive environments drive stronger outcomes, earning him finalist status for the APM Societal Impact Award 2025.
