Hossam Al-Wazzan is a distinguished consultant, trainer, and keynote speaker with over 15 years of experience leading high-impact transformations across government and private sectors. A driving force behind Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiatives—including NIDLP, NTP, and QoL—Hossam has guided more than 100 strategic programs to success, reshaping industries and empowering organizations to exceed their goals.

As a Master of Project Management, Hossam has established 10 PMOs across diverse sectors, ensuring seamless governance, alignment, and execution. His strategic acumen and hands-on leadership have enabled entities to achieve operational excellence and long-term growth.

A PMI Authorized Training Partner, Hossam has delivered over 150 courses and trained more than 1,500 professionals across the MENA region.
