I help organizations get better at what they doโ€”by coaching their teams, training their leaders, and making Agile and project management more practical and human.

With 25+ years of experience across industries like pharma, finance, and IT, Iโ€™ve worked with global companies like ๐ˆ๐๐Œ, ๐†๐“๐„, and ๐‰๐ ๐Œ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐š๐ง, as well as smaller firms focused on transformation. My sweet spot is helping people understand what really worksโ€”whether thatโ€™s Agile, traditional PM, or a smart hybrid of both.
