Estefania Mantilla
ENG, MPM, PMP®
Estefania is a Telecommunications Engineer and Project Management Specialist, with a Master's degree in Project Management and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). She has over 14 years of experience leading projects in the fields of Information Technology and Mobile Telephony. Project Management is her passion, and education is her vocation. She is a Project Management trainer and consultant, and a Master's degree instructor. She has participated as a speaker at Telecommunications and Project Management events in Ecuador, France, Mexico, and Panama.
She has been a volunteer for PMI Guayas, Ecuador chapter since 2019. Over the course of six years, she has served as Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations, a volunteer leader for PMI Latin America (Spanish chapters) at the 2022 Changemakers youth events, Youth and Social Impact Coordinator, and General Vice President. In 2024, she became the first female president of the PMI Guayas Chapter in Ecuador, promoting inclusive, collaborative, and transformative management.
Estefania was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, to Ecuadorian parents. Her volunteer experience has been professional, academic, and social. She enjoys singing, traveling, and spending time with her family. She reads books on leadership and personal development, with Daniel Goleman being her favorite author. She is married, with a 3-year-old daughter and a baby boy on the way, who teach her infinite love.
