A passionate advocate for inclusion, Divya champions programs advancing culturally diverse and women leaders.

She holds board roles with Australian Gender Equality Council, Project Management Institute Melbourne Chapter, and Afghan Women On The Move, and advises bodies like the Victorian Multicultural Commission and National Association of Women in Operations. She is also the national co-chair for Cultural Diversity at nbn and lead of Women in Project Management Victoria.
