Amanda Sigcha-Robertson has over a decade of experience in program and project management. She is the driving force behind ASR Consulting, the firm she founded following a 16-year career of driving operational transformations and achieving sustained growth for industry giants including Priceline, CVS Health, and Time Inc. Her expertise lies in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution for a diverse clientele.
Amanda’s career began with the U.S. Secret Service and the FBI, performing tactical data analysis to drive investigative objectives. She went on to work as a Senior Analyst at Time Inc., where she built and developed an intelligence and due diligence program from the ground up. Notably, at CVS Health, she established the Corporate Security department’s Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing its operations and ensuring the effective management of a $75 million budget. Amanda also served as Director of Strategic Projects at Priceline, where she led a $1.2B acquisition by collaborating with cross-functional business teams to drive integrated project plans..[1][2]
