Ahmed is driven visionary with an exceptional blend of 19 years of PMO leadership experience. He is eager to make a strategic impact and instill confidence across your organization by enabling effective change, achieving high quality, transparent and predictable results, and fostering continuous improvement. Recently I am working as Sr. manager of startegic inititaives and Head of PMO at CEQUENS, prior to cequens I have been working with Ventures Middle as PMO Transformation Manager.
Has also been nominated by Enterprise Agility University (EAU) as Enterprise Agility Word Community Ambassador. He is also been working with PMO Global Alliance on voluntary basis as PMO Judging committee & expert till today. Before joining PMO Global Alliance, he has been working as PMO leader in various organizations in UAE, leading high/ Medium level of complexity projects in different contexts (operation, strategic, International expansion, IT digital transformation, etc.).
He has been primarily serving public, private sector clients on setting & leading successful business focused PMOs (PPPM) & Business Transformation, Strategy Development & Execution, Agile Digital Transformation, Organizational Change Management and Edu-Technology Transformation.
